By installing this boiler, the stability coefficient of the main object rises to 74.3% from 52.67% under the manual control state, up 21.63%; the control fluctuation of the target value decreases to 7.45MW from 9.43MW under the manual control mode, down 21%; the deviation of the actual realized value of the main control object from the target value decreases from 5.55% to 4.18%, down 25%;

◎ The labor intensity of the operator can decrease by over 70%, human resources are effectively integrated, and the labor cost is reduced;

◎ The high coal saving ratio of the system is reflected. The unit coal saving ratio is up to 4.5% under the premise where the comparison conditions in the comparison cycle are basically met.
