It employs auxiliary control strategies for parameters including furnace chamber negative pressure, furnace chamber temperature, oxygen content, flue gas temperature, and material layer differential pressure.
The system performs comprehensive intelligent analysis of boiler operating conditions, accounting for variations in fuel calorific value and load changes. Based on this analysis, it sends real-time operational commands to various actuators.
For grate-firing boilers (e.g., chain-grate, reciprocating grate), it controls the coal supply system, fire grate, blower, and induced draft fan. For fluidized bed or pulverized coal boilers, it manages coal supply, primary air, secondary air, and induced air. For waste incineration boilers, it coordinates the stoker, drying grate, burning grate, full-combustion grate, primary air fan, secondary air fan, and induced draft fan.
